Job summary

National Windscreens, the UK’s largest independent automotive glass repair and replacement specialist, is hiring a Windscreen Technician for Croydon. You will work at a branch or travel in a fully equipped van to customer sites, repairing and replacing glass and using ADAS tech.

You will join a driven team, deliver outstanding service, and ensure safety in every job. A driving licence is essential, and the role involves branch and mobile work across the area.

Qualifications

• Must be an accredited technician with excellent customer service skills.
• You will travel to customer locations within your designated area and be comfortable with driving.
• You must be comfortable with physical work and meet the customer on site.

What you'll be doing...

• Supplied with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, you will be working at one of our welcoming branches or be provided with a fully kitted out van to support our branch network out on the road.
• With the latest technology, you will be repairing and replacing automotive glass, also using advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and have full access to a training team supporting you with new technologies.
• Working alongside talented colleagues, you will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, by providing the highest of standards in technical quality and service.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
