Job Description:

Shift Pattern: Day Shift

Hours: 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-1pm Friday

Wage: £36,000 to £38,000 per year + Bonus

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Setter / Operator / Programmer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-impact projects and shaping the future of our organization.

Key Factors:

• Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3; NC or HNC preferred.
• Understanding of 'G' Codes & 'M' Codes.
• Experience using CAM software.
• Experience with HAAS & XYZ Lathes.
• Ability to read and check parts to drawing requirements.
• Competent deburring skills.
• Experience working in a subcontracting environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering excellence.
