Job summary

Kingdom Maintenance Fife Ltd in Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced Roofer to install, repair and maintain a variety of roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. The role requires practical skills and strict adherence to health and safety procedures.

You will work with slate, tile, felt, lead and single-ply systems, measure roofs, read drawings and manage material requirements. We offer training, career development, pension and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Roofer with relevant carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of slate, tile, felt, lead, and single-ply roofing systems.
• Able to work safely at height and adhere to health and safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems on properties.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Measure roofs and calculate material requirements.
• Keep tools and site safe and tidy; comply with safety procedures.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high workmanship standards.
