Working at our Blagdon site, our largest production site, you'll undertake tasks including handling products, operating equipment, ensuring health & safety measures are followed, carrying out quality checks, and setting machines up for different products.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking new team members to join our diverse, friendly, and passionate team. We have various NIGHT positions available across processing, production, packing, and material handling. You’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills for your future and career pathway with us.

Most of our team start as Skilled Operators and receive support and training. However, if you already possess advanced skills and experience, you may start further up our career pathway.

Roles include:

• Skilled Operators at £14.05/hour - Use machinery, equipment, and tools or Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE). We offer clear career pathways and internal development opportunities. The role suits those comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a 'can-do' attitude. Training will be provided, especially if you have prior experience in food manufacturing.

Benefits include a competitive salary, pension, free parking, lockers, on-site canteen, life assurance, overtime pay, and more. Roles are on a 12-hour shift pattern (6:00 pm - 6:00 am), 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
