This role offers a temporary-to-permanent position after 12 weeks, if successful!

Staffline is recruiting Skilled Production Operatives, Knife Hands in Grimsby.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday-Friday, with hours from 6am to 2pm.

The pay rate is:

• Days: £ - £ per hour
• Nights: £ - £ per hour

Your Responsibilities:

• Converting raw products into processed, marketable products
• Grading fish for size and quality
• Loading onto the production line, ensuring the fish are packed, weighed, and labeled
• Loading/unloading products and supplies necessary for operation
• Cleaning factory areas regularly and performing other duties as directed

You may work in various areas including packing, QC, and hygiene departments. All breaks are unpaid, but operational procedures are paid.

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and punctual. Food factory work experience is essential; Knife-hand experience is not required.
