Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking Skilled Production Operatives for a busy production site in Grimsby. This role offers temp to perm opportunities and the chance to work with a supportive team. Pay Rates: £12.35 (Day Shifts) | £13.35 (Night Shifts)
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Mixing and preparing ingredients

Operating ovens and managing baking times

Packing, wrapping, and labelling finished products

Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Working efficiently to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous factory or food production experience is beneficial

A good work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off schedule
