Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative for a client on the outskirts of Swindon. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm and the role is temporary, with a need for own transport.

You will operate and adjust industrial machinery, perform quality checks on components, and follow production schedules while maintaining high health and safety standards. A team-focused, hands-on attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up industrial machinery to meet output targets.

Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative Swindon Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Temporary Due to the location you must have your own transport Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Swindon.

The Duties

• Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications.
• Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely
• Completing daily tasks and following production schedules
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency
• Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free
