Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Romsey-based team, servicing Southampton and Portsmouth. You will handle internal and external decorations for customers’ properties, in a safe, customer-focused manner.

The role offers a 39-hour week, a basic salary around £35,429 with bonus opportunities and on-target earnings up to £39,485, plus benefits. A driving licence is preferred and opportunities for career progression exist.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in a domestic / social housing environment is preferred.
• A passion for improving customers' homes with strong customer service is essential.
• Driving licence and eligibility to drive in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all internal and external decorations within housing settings.
• Work in a domestic environment and engage with residents as part of a team.
