Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Despatch Operative to manage safe chilling, storage, movement and despatch of finished products. You will ensure accuracy, traceability and on‑time delivery to customers.

You will also perform temperature checks, stock rotation and product consolidation, record movements, and prepare orders for despatch while working with Planning, Transport and Production to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Transfer finished product from packing lines into chill areas safely and efficiently
• Carry out temperature checks, stock rotation and product consolidation to maintain quality
• Use warehouse systems or paperwork to record movements and maintain full traceability
• Prepare orders for despatch, ensuring correct quantities, labelling and pallet presentation
• Load vehicles safely, following transport and site safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised chill and despatch environment
• Work closely with Planning, Transport and Production to support smooth daily operations
