CML is seeking Skilled Operatives to work on the Network Rail Reactive Civils Framework in Greater Manchester. You will perform railway maintenance across station platforms and buildings, following safe procedures at all times.
We value multiskilled candidates with trades such as Joinery, Bricklaying or General Construction; advantageous qualifications include PTS, COSS, SSSTS, SMSTS and more. Two references, a Drugs & Alcohol and medical test and a driving licence check apply.
We are looking for Skilled Operatives to work on the Network Rail Reactive Civils Framework.
As a Skilled Operative at CML you will always work in a safe manner following appropriate procedures and instructions at all times.
You will work on the Reactive Civils Framework undertaking railway maintenance work including but not limited to station platforms & station buildings.
You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles materials, tools and plant equipment under your control are fit for use and are used, stored & disposed of correctly and any defects are reported immediately to H&S and / or your Manager.
Teamwork is key in delivering our works effectively, therefore when you aren’t required to use your daily skills / trades on the job, you will be expected to undertake other reasonable duties to ensure collaboration in meeting deadlines.
