Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Multitrade Kitchen Fitter for maintenance work on local authority properties. The role covers full kitchen fitting and a range of carpentry and plumbing tasks in a multi-skilled capacity.

You will join a team delivering high-quality maintenance services, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of works across properties. Applicants must have the ability to work across trades and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials and methods used in building and maintenance.
• Ability to work multi-skill across trades with quality outcomes.
• Experience delivering carpentry and plumbing works across different properties.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi-skilled level.
• Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Carry out full kitchen fitting work.
• Daily tasks include carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, plastering, decorating and floorings.
