We're looking for a Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a focus on first-fix solutions to keep our production lines running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a variety of production and packaging machinery
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Minimising downtime to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams

Shift pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off rotational shifts (2 days, 2 nights), promoting a healthy work-life balance

What do I need?

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• An appropriate Engineering qualification
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments is desirable but not essential
• Multi-skilled in mechanical and electrical areas
• PLC experience is a bonus
