We are looking for skilled Machine Operators/Press Operators/CNC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operating various machinery. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that machinery operates smoothly and safely while producing high-quality products.

THIS ROLE CAN INVOLVE WORKING A ROTATING SHIFT SYSTEM TO INCLUDE 2PM to 10PM.

Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor machinery, including power press machines, CNC machines, and laser machines, ensuring optimal performance.
2. Produce high-quality parts to specification.
3. Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization.
4. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any operational issues.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Document production activities accurately, including machine settings and output quality.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand logic controllers and tooling systems.
3. Experience with materials handling techniques.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: ongoing

Pay: £14.03-£15.63 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
