Job summary

Greencore in Spalding is recruiting a Skilled Logistics Operative for night shifts (18:00–06:00). You will help manage despatch, receivals, and stock, operating electric equipment and ensuring GMP standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires relevant logistics experience, a counterbalance and reach FLT licence, and strong numeracy and literacy. Join a large team with training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant Logistics/Despatch experience, ideally in food manufacturing or warehousing.
• Counterbalance and Reach FLT licence.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Take part in office administration tasks and team coordination.
• Health & Safety monitoring in the area.
• Check and record incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Provide samples for Quality Controllers during unloading.
• Move pallets using electric forklift and pallet truck.
• Receipt, unloading and checking of deliveries; stock replenishment.

We specialise in making hand crafted sandwich wraps, salads, dips, soups & sauces and mayonnaise.About the role.We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you’ll be kept busy creating our products.
