Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited seeks a motivated Skilled Labourer to work on a social housing project across Cornwall. The role covers sites from Truro to Penzance and involves on-site assisting, material deliveries, site clearance, painting, and general labouring.

DBS will be completed before start, and a Full UK Driving Licence is required. The position offers an excellent salary package and opportunities for progression, with a temporary-to-permanent pathway after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist on site and support trades as required.
• Deliver materials and equipment to site.
• Carry out site clearance and waste removal.
• Assist with painting and decorating tasks.
• Perform general labouring duties as needed.
• Support kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Keep sites safe, clean, and well organised.
