Skilled Labourer / Multi Trade needed in Poole, £14.17ph
PAYE – Reference: 5268456

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist tradespeople with bathroom installations and general refurbishment tasks.
2. Carry out basic tasks such as demolition, site preparation, material handling, and waste removal.
3. Perform minor repairs and maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and tiling support.
4. Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are safely stored and maintained.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
6. Communicate effectively with tenants and team members, ensuring a respectful and professional approach.
7. Support the delivery of works to schedule and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a construction or refurbishment environment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from skilled tradespeople and supervisors.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices on site.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Full UK driving licence (Vehicle may be provided).

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
