Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy new-build housing site in Wakefield. The role focuses on pre-plastering preparation and general labouring to ensure properties are plaster-ready.

CSCS card holders with pre-plastering or labouring experience are preferred. Ongoing work is available with competitive pay rates dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Pre-plastering OR skilled labouring experience required.
• Experience on new-build housing developments preferred.
• CSCS card held and valid.
• Good understanding of site health and safety practices.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-plastering preparation work.
• Prepare walls and surfaces for plastering.
