Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking a multi skilled joiner/tradesman in Warrington. You will work on site, undertake patch plastering, painting and tiling, and bring reliable joinery skills to a busy project.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, provide references, own tools and transport, and be able to start ASAP. You will be paid weekly at a rate negotiated with your recruiter, with holiday pay and pension contributions where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CSCS card.
• Must provide a recent reference.
• Own tools and transport are required.
• Experience in joinery, patch plastering, painting and tiling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site joinery, plastering, painting and tiling tasks as directed.
• Follow site manager instructions and work safely to deadlines.
• Provide two checkable references and prove eligibility to work in the UK.

The role

You will be reporting to the site manager and following his instructions.

You will need to have your own tools.

It is required you have experience in patch plastering, painting, and tiling.

It is required that you have joinery experience for this role.

About you:

Must have a valid CSCS Card
Must provide a recent reference
Own tools and transport

The successful candidate will receive

An hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant, paid weekly

You must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.
