Job description

I am looking for a Skilled Labourer to work on the kitchens & bathrooms team for a housing association based in South Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. The role is temp to perm and the salary after going perm is £28,500 per year.

Responsibilities:

1. General labouring duties such as cleaning up and collecting materials
2. Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
3. Skilled work such as painting and boarding walls/ceilings

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience working as labourer and on-site or in domestic properties
2. Willing to do a basic DBS check
3. Clean UK Driving License and own transport

In Return:

1. 12 week temp to perm contract
2. £18-19 per hour for 12 weeks then permanent salary of £28,500 per year
3. Company van and fuel card (After going permanent)
