Key Responsibilities

• Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, showering, and dressing
• Offering reassurance, companionship, and emotional support through meaningful conversation
• Making and changing beds
• Serving meals and providing support during mealtimes
• Safely using moving and handling equipment in line with training
• Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner
