Are you an experienced machinery operator looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking agricultural business? We're working on behalf of a well-established, innovative grower of cereals, potatoes, and root vegetables, with operations spanning from crop production through to on-site washing and packing for retail.

Following a period of significant business growth, this organisation is expanding its team and is now looking for a Skilled Farm Operative to support their field operations. The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role for someone passionate about working outdoors and operating modern farm machinery. You'll be involved in all aspects of crop production and general farm maintenance, with the flexibility to fit working hours around your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a wide range of modern agricultural machinery
  • Supporting crop planting, growing, harvesting, and post-harvest processes
  • Conducting routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
