Paxton Personnelis currently recruitingSkilled Construction Operativesfor a high-profilebridge refurbishment projectin Ballinluig, Pitlochry. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with solid experience in civil engineering or infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of bridge stabilisers to reinforce the structure
• Mechanical lifting and support of bridge components
• Replacement of bearings and drainage systems
• Concrete repair using specialist techniques
• Resin injection into cracks to restore structural integrity

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Proven experience in construction—ideally within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Own transport (due to limited access to the site)
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to site safety
• Certifications in Rigging and Work at Height (WAH) are desirable
