Our well-established client in Altham is searching for a talented individual to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, from interpreting blueprints to programming and operating CNC machines to produce top-quality components.

What you'll do:

Program and operate CNC turning and milling machines (Mazak controls preferred)

Utilise your expertise to ensure all components meet precise specifications

Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints

Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimise production processes

Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest CNC technologies

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What you'll bring:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a CNC Programming Turner/Miller role

Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices

Experience with Mazak controls a significant advantage

Excellent programming skills and a keen eye for detail

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A commitment to safety and quality
