CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator - Mill/Turn (FANUC)

Location: Poole
Salary: £34,632 - £41,366
Hours: 37 hours per week (early finish on Friday!)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team in Poole. If you have solid experience with FANUC controls and a background in the aerospace industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC operating control systems to produce high-precision turned components according to customer drawings and specifications.
  • Producing offline and online CNC programs (experience with Edgecam is an advantage, but not essential).
  • Conducting inspection of your own work to ensure it meets drawing and SPC requirements.
  • Maintaining a high standard of engineering ability - fully skilled and able to work independently.
  • Ensuring your work area is kept to the highest standards of 5C/5S.
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously improve processes and maintain a clean and efficient workshop.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be a UK citizen or have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restrictions.
  • You must be eligible to access controlled technology and comply with ITAR regulations.
