About the role

As a Skilled Butcher, you will possess product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and deliver high standards of customer service. You will prepare orders according to customer needs, understand stock control processes, and support sales and profit targets.

You will work closely with the Butchery Manager and team, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with health & safety standards, and legal requirements. The role requires customer focus, organization, and strong communication skills, with experience in the butchery trade.

You will be responsible for

Working as part of a small team in the Butchery Department, you may also be responsible for managing the department in the absence of the Butchery Manager. You will follow company procedures and comply with food safety and health & safety legislation at all times.
