About the role

As a Skilled Butcher, you will have product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and deliver high standards of customer service. You will prepare orders to customer needs, understand stock control, and support the department's sales and profit goals. You will work closely with the Butchery Manager and team, ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal standards. You must be customer-focused, organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in the butchery trade.

Responsibilities

You will work as part of a small team in the Butchery Department, possibly managing the department in the Manager's absence, following company procedures, and adhering to food safety and health & safety legislation. Working hours will be discussed at interview, with flexible patterns available to accommodate personal circumstances, supporting work-life balance.
