Join Guidant as we collaborate with the world's largest aircraft manufacturer, Airbus. We are seeking skilled Aircraft Fitters to join Airbus' team at the Broughton site, within the Wing Build Production section. If you have experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering role, you are invited to apply.

At Airbus Broughton, you'll play a key role in assembling wings for Airbus aircraft, including A320, A330, and A350XWB models.

What to expect as a Skilled Aircraft Fitter:

Work on complex aircraft wings, focusing on assembly, fittings, and component installation. Perform repairs on metallic and composite materials. Be prepared to work in confined spaces or at heights.

Flexible shift options include:

• Double Days: Week 1 - 06:00 to 13:10, Week 2 - 13:30 to 20:40 (Monday to Friday)
• Nights: 20:45 to 06:00 (Monday to Thursday)

Requirements:

• Full Aerospace or Engineering Apprenticeship
• Experience in roles such as Sheet Metal Worker, Metal Fabricator, Welder, or Mechanical Fitter
• Qualifications like Indenture, City & Guilds Level 2, BTEC ONC, Modern Apprenticeship Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3, Key Skills Level 2
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
