Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast-growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to leading aircraft and aero engine producers. What you'll be involved in:

We offer a fantastic opportunity for career development through direct 1-2-1 training. As an Assembly Fitter, your role involves using your skills and training to produce composite assemblies via methods such as drilling, countersinking, and rivet assembly, using hand and machine tools. Working within an established team, high attention to detail and adherence to processes are essential. While experience is preferred, training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manufacture of composite aerospace parts within the assembly area, working alongside skilled fitters who will assist with training.
  • Complete all jobs within specified timeframes.
  • Develop fitter methodologies to increase flexibility across all assembly products.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work area.

Training & Experience Requirements:

  • Time-served assembly manufacturing experience is essential; aerospace experience is necessary.
  • Experience with hand and automated assembly tools is required.
  • Experience with resin mixing is desirable but not mandatory.
