Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is hiring a Crew Member to join our fast‑paced restaurant in Wales. You will help prepare food, serve at the till, and assist in the dining area to ensure a friendly, accurate and courteous customer experience.

You must be available weekdays and weekends, with shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Overnights. We expect energy, a genuine smile and teamwork as you help uphold our standards of quality, service and cleanliness while following safety

Qualifications

Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
