Hours: 37 hours per week

We're seeking a talented professional to expertly manage and analyse Sixth Form data utilising the school's MIS. The ideal candidate will effectively prioritise urgent tasks, and consistently demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. A robust knowledge of managing data and statistical analysis is crucial for this role. Knowledge of Arbor would be an advantage, but not essential.

Main purpose of role:

  • To enhance student learning at MNSP Sixth Form by the efficient management and analysis of the Sixth Form’s data using the School’s MIS.
  • To lead on the collection and analysis of post-16 data across the Trust Sixth Forms and supply updates to the Director of Education - Sixth Form, Head Teachers and CEO as required.
  • To provide guidance and support in managing post-16 data and analysis for other Sixth Forms in the Trust as required.
  • To support and develop the Management Information system (MIS) in order to fulfil the Sixth Form’s statutory requirements and maintain an integrated pupil database to support the managerial and administrative functions of the schools.
  • To support data management and analysis for the Trust as required.

The MNSP Sixth Form covers a number of sites, including MSN Sixth which encompasses Norton Hill and Somervale School. The role will be based at Norton Hill School but will involve work across all sites.
