Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is seeking an Engineering Systems Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Warwick with hybrid working. You will manage drawing alteration requests and coordinate engineering data across systems.

You will perform minor changes in Siemens NX, administer concessions in SAP, use PLM to track data, and lead global online meetings with stakeholders. A mechanical engineering background and strong digital skills are required. Recent graduates with a proactive mindset are welcome.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering (Degree/HND equivalent or recent graduate).
• Technical proficiency in PLM systems, SAP, and Siemens NX.
• Working knowledge of technical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong technical project management and general IT skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead cross-functional online meetings globally.

• Administer engineering concessions within SAP.
• Utilize PLM systems to track and manage engineering data.
