Salary: From £48,679 to £57,000 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £60,730 pa inclusive of London allowance (including a market supplement of £6,000, periodically reviewed)

ARD Systems

SITS Developer (fixed term until May 2026)

ARD Systems is a centralized, business-led technology team supporting LSE’s student records system (SITS) and enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce). The team collaborates across departments to improve processes, enhance the student experience, and meet statutory requirements.

The role focuses on developing solutions within SITS, particularly integrations with Salesforce using StuTalk and other technologies, as well as data collation and cleansing for statutory reporting. The developer will also provide second-line support for SITS and e:Vision issues via the team’s service desk.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SITS and a proven track record of delivering solutions on the platform.
  • Experience in second-line support or diagnosing technical issues with SITS solutions.
