Job summary

Flogas Britain Ltd is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day yard operations and stock levels, reporting to the Site Manager. The role includes supervising the yard team, managing site access on a rota basis, and supporting admin tasks to ensure smooth, safe operations.

Key responsibilities include data input in Maximo, compliance with procedures, and leading a safety-driven culture across the team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements.
• Support safe management in accordance with the Safety Management System to meet compliance and drive a safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures relating to stocks and financial controls within the operating system (CODAS).
• Daily use and data inputting within Maximo.
• Comply with Flogas operating procedures and work instructions.
• Supervise and direct Yard Hands.
