Qualifications

• Strong background in supervising operatives in site/yard environments.
• Experience planning and allocating daily tasks with safety and efficiency in mind.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate day-to-day work to operatives ensuring safe practices and cost-effective resource use.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards and refurbishment timelines.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards among operatives.
• Supervise on-site and yard-based activities, providing guidance to maintain performance.
• Escalate operational challenges to stakeholders with clear information for resolution.
• Seek approval for changes to SOPs and ensure consistent instruction execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and adopting best practices.
