Job summary

Stair Formwork Ltd in London is seeking a qualified Welder Fabricator to join our site team. You will be responsible for fitting balustrades and wall-mounted handrails on construction sites, working with a fitter’s mate for measuring, drilling and painting, and delivering precise welding workmanship.

You must hold a valid CSCS card and have at least three years fabrication experience; a full UK driving licence is required.

Location: Primarily London and surrounding areas (with occasional UK travel) Hours: Monday to Friday, On Site For – 08:00 – 16:00 (45-minute breaks) Job Type: Full-time

The Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Welder Fabricator to join our site team. You will be responsible for fitting balustrades and wall-mounted handrails on construction sites across London, forming up wreaths and returns on landings and half-landings within stair cores.

You will work alongside a fitter’s mate who will assist with measuring, drilling, and painting, allowing you to focus on the quality and precision of the welding. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, representing Stair Formwork Ltd professionally at all times.
