Job Role: Site Total Facilities Manager

Location: HMP Lewes

Salary: £55,757.62 - £59,823.28

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 39hrs

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Lewes, a CATEGORY B & Adult Male prison.

HMP Lewes operates like a self-contained town, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, we are committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

As a Site Total Facilities Manager, you will work alongside experienced colleagues, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to creating a safe environment.

We are a Ministry Of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a Site Manager with experience in facilities management, budget management, staff management, and ideally experience in a prison or military environment. Recognised apprenticeship or two years of relevant experience is required. An IOSH qualification and good health & safety knowledge are desirable.
