Location:Lenham-based (Site & Laboratory Work, Travel Required)

Salary: £26,793 (Negotiable for Experienced Candidates)

Hours: 45 hours per week + potential overtime

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying outsoil and concrete testingto British Standards
• Working bothon-site and in a laboratory environment
• Ensuring compliance withsafety and quality standards
• Accurately recording and reporting test results
• Using and maintaining specialist testing equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving license(required for site travel)
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• A hands-on, practical approach with a problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work outdoors inall weather conditions
• CSCS card(an advantage but not essential)
• Experience inmaterials testing, construction, carpentry, or other practical trades
• Previous work in asite-based or laboratory role
