A well-established organisation in Mansfield is looking for a Site Technician to manage the site and ensure building compliance for a children's residential unit. The role entails minor repairs, compliance checks, and supporting a safe environment for staff and young people. Ideal candidates should have experience in site management and a proactive approach to maintenance. Competitive hours are offered, working from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
We are recruiting for a Site Technician to support a Children's Residential Unit in Mansfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site on behalf of Property Services, ensuring the premises are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
You will work closely with the residential team, carrying out minor repairs, ensuring compliance checks are completed, and helping create a safe environment for staff and young people.
5 hours per day (8:30am - 2:00pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
