Qualifications

  • Solid experience in aggregate and asphalt testing.
  • Full UK driving license required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.

Overview

Are you experienced in Aggregate and Asphalt testing? FM Conway is currently seeking to recruit a Site Technician.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that all requested site testing is completed at the agreed frequencies
  • Working with surfacing technical and production staff to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Maintaining the highest standards throughout the entire process, ensuring that accurate and factual reports can be issued to both internal and external clients
  • Complying with ISO 19001 / NHSS16 quality standards
  • Recording all test results, any observations and remarks are made and kept
  • Reporting all incidences in the correct and timely manner
  • Undertaking any other duties and any ad hoc projects as required by the business
  • Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly with reference to our Equality and Diversity policies, procedures, and practices
What we’re looking for
  • Solid experience in aggregate and asphalt testing
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
