Wates Smartspace is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to join our WPS Planned Works team on a current SHF Retrofit Scheme in Carlisle. You will manage planned works on site, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget and WPS quality standards.
The role requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and experience in social housing projects, with strong commercial acumen, client liaison and proficient use of Microsoft Excel. A full UK driving licence is essential.
We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our WPS Planned Works team in Carlise to work on a current SHF Wave 3 Retrofit Scheme in You will play a keyrole in commercially managing works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to WPS' high-quality standards.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
