Job summary

Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Production Planning Lead to coordinate capacity planning, material control and ERP/MRP data integrity. You will drive planning strategies, oversee master data, BOMs and project load steps within the ERP system to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in production or factory planning roles.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• High level of IT proficiency, including Excel and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning strategies to optimise resource use and align with production demands.
• Own material planning, inventory management and stock control through ERP/MRP systems.
• Ensure full integration of capacity and material planning within ERP/MRP systems for optimal delivery performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Production Planners, ensuring consistency and best practice.
