Our family-run company has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working and experienced Supervisor to join the business during a period of growth.

Applicants should be aware that this role involves working away, Monday-Friday as well as home-based projects and yard work.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our projects throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and management to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging collaboration among staff to achieve common objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry. 5 years site experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities is essential.

Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £42,900.00 per year, depending on experience.
  • Overtime paid at 1.25x Mon-Fri, enhanced rates for optional weekend works.

  • £35.00 per night subsidies whilst working away on site.
