A reputable engineering company is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage projects across Slough, Southampton, and Poole. This role, focused on delivering mechanical and electrical engineering solutions, demands strong project management skills and experience with Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance. Ideal candidates will be organized, able to manage multiple projects, and possess relevant qualifications. The initial contract is for 3 months with possible extension.
Site Supervisor
We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a reputable Mechanical and Electrical company with good long-term opportunities.
The role will cover the Slough, Southampton, and Poole areas.

The unique structure of their organization allows them to handle both large and small projects, whether standalone or as part of a broader M&E contracting framework.
With a professional and innovative approach, they lead the electrical contracting market, providing comprehensive electrical compliance services to ensure the safety and efficiency of their clients' electrical systems.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. Overtime is available.
Job Role
As a supervisor, you will lead a team of Operatives, including subcontractors, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve direct customer interaction, project scoping, quoting, and the delivery of projects on a major new LV/EHV contract for a DNO. The project includes a full turnkey solution for design and build, covering reactive and planned activities, including design, planning, excavations, jointing, and reinstatement. They will be assisting their client with all faults and new connections up to 33kV.
