This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading installation activities on the workshop floor and acting as the key link between technicians and management. You will be responsible for coordinating daily work, maintaining productivity, removing barriers to delivery, and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

As the Installation Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day workshop activities, lead a team of technicians through a major rolling stock upgrade programme, and play a critical role in delivering project milestones.
