Job summary

Axis CLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our Planned Works team, based from Leeds with travel to sites across Yorkshire. You will manage subcontractor delivery, ensure safety, quality and on-time completion of kitchens and bathrooms across occupied properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned maintenance or refurbishment projects.
• Proven track record with subcontractor-led delivery in occupied properties.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Experience in social housing or occupied environments.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple plots.
• Strong communication and collaboration with residents and clients.
• Proactive, solutions-focused site management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of planned kitchens and bathrooms works across multiple properties.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, productivity, and programme compliance.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate site activity and sequencing to minimise disruption to residents.
• Monitor quality standards and carry out inspections to ensure works meet specification.
• Work closely with Resident Liaison Officers, clients, and internal teams to support smooth delivery.
• Manage site logistics, materials, access arrangements, and maintain accurate site records.
