Hourly Rate: £12.60

Location: Chester, Kingswood

Weekly Hours: 25.67 hours per week

Role Overview

Your Housing Group is seeking an experienced Night Site Supervisor at our Kingswood retirement living village in Chester.

The team is dedicated to providing excellent service and support, and the Night Site Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates are passionate, punctual, reliable, and effective at managing their time.

Working Hours

This part-time role involves 25.67 hours weekly on a 3-week rota:

  • Week 1: Thursday, Friday 9pm – 8am
  • Week 3: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 9pm – 8am

Responsibilities

  • Supervise building and facilities overnight, ensuring safety and security
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain safety protocols
  • Monitor security systems and carry out patrols
  • Control access and sign-in procedures for visitors
  • Provide low-level housing support outside normal hours
  • Perform communal cleaning and refuse management
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and manage emergencies
