Overview

Site Supervisor – Mechanical and Plumbing – Immediate start – London!

Earthstream are working closely with an interesting engineering business that specialises in HVAC Systems and Commercial Plumbing, and due to business growth / expansion are currently looking for Site Supervisors to join the team.

The successful Site Supervisor will assist with overseeing projects, beginning to end, and be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical and plumbing works are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical and plumbing installation works on-site.
  • Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient allocation and productivity.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and safety.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and additional costs.
  • Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with mechanical or plumbing projects on a commercial level.
  • Relevant qualifications, apprenticeship background.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and or plumbing systems, installation techniques, and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
  • CSCS or equivalent safety certification.
