Job summary

Equans Data Centers is seeking a Site Supervisor – Mechanical to lead on a High Wycombe project. You will oversee mechanical works, coordinate installation teams, and ensure activities align with technical specs, safety standards, and schedules.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong communication with contractors and clients, and a commitment to continuous improvement in site execution and resource management.

Qualifications

• Experience with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
• Background in mechanical engineering.
• Site supervisor experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with good communication with contractors and clients.
• Attention to health and safety on site.

Equans Data Centers a Site Supervisor – Mechanical to support our growing Data Centre business to work on a project based in High Wycombe. We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment a Site Supervisor – Mechanical to join our innovative team based. The Site Supervisor – Mechanical will manage and oversee mechanical works on the project site. The ideal candidate will ensue compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and project timelines while leading a team of installation engineers and subcontractors

What you will deliver?
