Job Type: Full Time (5 days per week) - to start straight away or from September 2025

Contract length: 1 Year

Monarch Education is representing a school that requires a Site Supervisor to start in September. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and functionality will be essential in this role.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance and repairs within the school.
