Job summary

Adler and Allan in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead teams on customer sites and at the depot, ensuring all tasks and documentation are completed accurately and on time. The role focuses on health and safety compliance, RAMS, spill response, and on-site leadership, with opportunities to promote services and support the smooth running of operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of emergency spill response.
• Previous experience supervising/managing on-site teams and projects.
• Experience completing RAMS documentation.
• IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel/away from home when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational teams on site and in the depot, ensuring all tasks and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee health and safety compliance in line with RAMS, reporting breaches and providing incident reports.
• Manage teams during spill response and HAZMAT operations with clear workscopes and on-site leadership.
• Provide job progress updates, including programme amendments and cost/margin analysis.
• Support project preparation, including RAMS and job packs, in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Arrange and resource equipment, plant and vehicles required for works.
• Liaise with customers on site and promote wider services.
• Complete paperwork accurately and submit to management on time.
• Deliver toolbox talks and collate daily paperwork.
• Maintain a tidy depot and ensure assets are serviced and ready for use.
• Deputise for colleagues when required and participate in on-call rota.
